Diveroli was born on 20 December,1985-Miami, Florida. His father Michael Diveroli was also an arms dealer. His grandfather Yoav Boatch is a popular rich person in Los Angeles. His uncle Shmuley Boteach is a spiritual leader in Judaism, the author of 31 books, and a popular television host.

Efraim Diveroli showed his business interest just at the age of fifteen. His father had a small printing business. But he convinced his father to sell it and termed it AEY Inc. -the initials of he and his siblings as the arms and ammunition trading company.

In 2005, Efraim Diveroli with another co-partner David M Packouz started the business jointly, and at the end of 2006, the company had won 149 contracts worth around $10.5 million.

As the movie pictured the life of Efraim Diveroli, he became a millionaire at the age of just eighteen by defeating many big giants Northrop, Lockheed & BAE Systems. But everything went to nightmare when his $298 million contract with the Pentagon to supply arms & munitions to the allied forces in Afghanistan.
